What is shown in the R-group decomposition tab?

The R-group tab takes advantage of R-group decomposition capability to let you dive deeper into the chemistry to see which substituent combinations were made. When a core is drawn and R-groups are added, the combinations are shown in the center display and are color coded by bioavailability. The bar charts on the left of the screen show how many times each substituent was used. Key compounds are seen at the intersections by frequency of the R-groups technique.
